Monthly financial reports are generated through the Yardi Property Management software program and are designed to be easy to review for pertinent information. Assessment payment books, similar to mortgage coupon books, are provided to each owner for ease in remitting monthly payments; preaddressed labels are included as well. If desired, a community newsletter can also be generated for an additional charge.
